Antanas Obcarskas productions combines real and fantastic scenarios of contemporary human identity that explores pervading uncertainty in the future of the world. With modern theatrical means his works are marked by an emphasis on intellectually demanding but audience friendly dramaturgy, vivid imagination, compelling visual aesthetics, attention to unusal actors’ craft, and the search for a new directorial language characteristic of 21st-century theatre.
